The twenty-seven story office building at 80 Park Plaza in Newark serves as the corporate headquarters of Public Service Electric & Gas Company. After a comprehensive space utilization and planning study, PSE&G has embarked on a program of interior alterations that will result in renovations of several floors.

On each floor, private offices are located along a central circulation core in a block of space designed to accomodate special departmental needs. Technical and clerical staff are housed in modular workstations located at exterior walls in spaces arranged in a pattern that is common to all floors in the building.
