The proposed Park Hyatt and Residences is a mixed-use development to be built a one acre parcel in Boston's Back Bay. Within its 14 story structure, the project contains 345,000 square feet that houses a 200 room full service Four star hotel and 100 luxury residences. At street level, 12,000 square feet of active commercial space welcome pedestrians and yield street life activity for the surrounding neighborhoods. Underground parking for 180 cars is contained within the parcel, and a two story arched passageway encourages pedestrian access through the building from Charles Street South.
