Offices for senior staff are located at the perimeter of both floors with technical and clerical staff workstations, meeting and team rooms, and other support areas arranged in blocks of space adjacent to the central circulation core. Dropped soffits with accent lighting define major circulation ways. A modular furnishings and partition system is used throughout the floor to create both private offices and workstations. By employing a variety of surface materials in the modular system: glass, wood, and fabric, a sense of variety and continuity is achieved. A particular desire of the client was the creation of "visual connection and audio privacy." led to an extensive use of glass partitions.
